Finding a home is a marathon, not a sprint. On average we work with our clients for 6-12 months. We strive to create educated, confident buyers who trust themselves and the process. We do that by fostering a learning mentality in our clients instead of a “trust us” mentality. In the end we find that our buyers are more satisfied and rarely ever have buyers remorse.

Step 1: Identify Your Target

Consider all the factors that you want from your future home. Sort them into major and minor considerations. Start manifesting your dream home.

Step 2: Determine Your Budget

Use our tools and expertise to figure out how much you can comfortably afford to spend.

Step 3: Build Your Frame Of Reference

Start touring homes and familiarizing yourself with the market. Note which homes you absolutely love and how fast they sell and how much they sell for.

Step 4: Write Offers

Once your armed with knowledge and are confident in what you're looking for it's time to write offers. Don't feel rushed- on average we write 3-4 offers per client.

Step 5: Get In Contract

Once we win a bid it's time to conduct our due diligences, arrange financing, and close. We'll be there to help you with every step of the process.
